HydroNutrientCalc is a mathematical and informational tool designed to assist in calculating nutrient formulas for hydroponics systems. The formulas, data, and calculations provided are for educational and informational purposes only.

To save your calculation data, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Limitation of Liability

The calculations, mathematical models, and nutrient formulas provided by HydroNutrientCalc are offered "as is" and without warranty of any kind. We explicitly disclaim any liability for crop failure, damage to plants, equipment, loss of profit, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our service or the calculations generated by it. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and safety of any nutrient recipe before applying it to your plants.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Germany.

6. Technical Monitoring

To ensure the technical stability and reliability of the Service, we use Sentry, an error tracking and performance monitoring tool provided by Functional Software, Inc. d/b/a Sentry (San Francisco, CA, USA). In the event of a technical error, diagnostic data including a session recording may be processed to identify the root cause. No personally identifiable information is collected in this process.
